Return and Exchange Policy
RETURNS POLICY:
- RETURN FOR REFUND ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
- Returned products must be unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, or undamaged, with all ticketing, tags, and protective shields attached, in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
- If you wish to receive a refund, simply send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of the delivery date. All refund requests will incur in postage and handling charges on the returned items, and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Refund will be made in the same form of the original payment.
- All bags, accesories or one size clothing are considered FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
- HOLIDAY COLLECTION, BLACK FRIDAY SALE, CYBER MONDAY SALE or END OF SEASON SALE are FINAL SALE - NO return- NO exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- RETURN FOR EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
- Exchanged products must be unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, or undamaged, with all ticketing, tags, and protective shields attached, in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
- If you wish to receive an exchange or store credit, simply send the item(s) back to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Store Credits are good for 30 days.
- All bags, accesories, or one size clothing are considered FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
